We started here with an apartment in one of the residential complexes built by the Delhi Development Authority in the late 1970s. The idea, now, was to have light infused inter-connected, generous spaces for a small family of 3. There was an opportunity to connect the spaces to the front court. This has been designed to become an usable outdoor space for the family. As this is the ground floor, our team took the liberty to change the location of the toilets and re-lay all the services to achieve the desired design intent. The structure was dealt with caution. Steel beams were inserted at various location to distribute the load to the load bearing walls to achieve the proposed plan.
